Counterfeit Banknotes, Coins and Stamps
It is allowed to sell banknotes, coins and stamps at Trader Pakistan. When it comes to counterfeit versions, there are restrictions on selling and manufacturing them.
Permitted Items
- Genuine coins
- Genuine banknotes
- Genuine stamps
Allowed With Restrictions
- Reproductions, replicas and copies of coins (Pakistani or foreign), as long as they are clearly and permanently marked with the word copy
- Manipulated, counterfeit and postmarked stamps as long as it is clear, and that the object can, by manipulation, be considered to have a collector value
Unauthorized Items
- Counterfeit coins and banknotes
- Counterfeit bonds and securities
- Counterfeit money orders and money orders
Reason For The Rule
Many counterfeits of coins, banknotes and stamps can conflict with the law and therefore we do not allow such items to be sold on Trader Pakistan.
