Animal and Plant Related Objects

Furs, stuffed animals and other products made of animal parts that do not come from protected species. For example, the following:

• Muskrat
• Mountain fox, polar fox, blue or white
• European beaver
• Red Fox / Silver foxes
• Persian, Caracal Sheep
• Coyote coyote
• Swamp beaver, nutria
• Mink
• Raccoon, fun
• Sable
• White strawberries

• Stuffed animals, animal parts and products included in the list of endangered species, as well as species protected under the EU/Pakistani regulation on trade in wildlife, must not be advertised on Trader Pakistan. However, it is permitted to sell these products if they are accompanied by a certificate, issued by the Pakistani Government.
• If the animal is included in the list of endangered species, the seller must be able to prove that the stuffed animal or animal parts have been legally procured. Details of any certificates or other available documents must be included in the description. In addition, all descriptions for stuffed animals must contain accurate information on the nature and origin of the stuffed animal, to prove that the item is not protected.
• Plants and plant parts, including seeds subject to health certificate requirements, may be sold as long as the health certificate is clearly stated in the advertisement. A seller located outside the Pakistan is responsible for ensuring that the product sold complies with the guidelines of the Pakistani legislation.

Parts or products of protected mammals:

• Primates (all kinds of monkeys)
• Mammals (whales, dolphins & porpoises)
• Most wild cats (e.g., ozelots, leopards, lions, cheetahs, tigers, lynx & Bengal cats)
• Elephants
• Wolves
• Brown Bears
• Rhinos

Parts or products of protected bird species:

• All domestic songbirds
• All birds of prey, such as pilgrims, sea eagles, glades, hawks and all kinds of owls

Parts or products of protected reptiles:

• All sea turtles
• Crocodiles
• Varieties and large snakes

Protected fish parts or products:

• All kinds of disturbances of the family brides and white sharks
• Some species of coral, seahorses, crayfish and other crustaceans

Parts or products of protected butterflies, spiders and scorpions

Protected plants and plant parts:

• All kinds of orchids and most cactus species. Of these plants, only artificially propagated varieties are allowed to be advertised

Seeds or plants that are misleadingly marketed:

• Ads with images that have been modified and do not describe the final plant or fruit

Animal traps, such as fox scissors and pike scissors

Medications intended for animals

Electric & tick necklace designed for animals

Parts or products of dogs and cats
