Review Policy
It is allowed to leave a review after a closed business. There are limitations to what you may write in a review.
Permitted Items
- Akram leaves a review in a closed auction where he praises the seller for how fast the delivery was
- Nadeem sold an item that the buyer never paid for, so he leaves a negative review and writes that the payment failed
Unauthorized Items
- Manipulating judgment points by accumulating false judgments and ratings in order to circumvent restrictions or to influence one’s credibility as a seller
- To make false purchases in order to sabotage a seller’s judgment score
- To blackmail their counterpart to leave a certain judgment and then find a solution to any problem
To leave a review containing text with any of the following:
- Personal or contact information
- Hate towards people
- Pornographic material
- Links, images or scripts
- Advertising for competing activities
Reason For The Rule
You are not allowed, through your own or close relatives’ account, to accumulate false judgments and ratings in order to circumvent restrictions, or to affect one’s credibility as a seller. Making false purchases for the purpose of sabotaging a seller’s judgment score is also not allowed.
