Brand Copies, Counterfeits and other Copies
It is allowed to sell genuine goods at Trader Pakistan. If the item you are selling is a copy (such as counterfeit watches and handbags), replica, bootleg or counterfeit, you may not sell it on Trader Pakistan.
Permitted Items
- A bag marked with the Chanel brand that is manufactured by Chanel
- A true autograph
Allowed With Restrictions
- A printed copy of a photo, as long as you own the rights to resell the item
Unauthorized Items
- A pair of shoes marked with the Converse brand that were not manufactured by Converse
- Copied music, movies, games or e-books that you do not have the rights to resell
- Unauthorized recordings of shows or concerts
- PDF files or disks with scanned pages from a book, newspaper, manual or other written material that is protected by copyright but which the seller has not written himself
Reason For The Rule
It is prohibited by law to infringe on the intellectual property rights of other parties (such as trademark or copyright). In other words, selling unauthorized copies and counterfeits is illegal and not allowed on Trader Pakistan.
