Bid Sharing
You are allowed to bid on ads you intend to purchase. Inviting family members, friends, colleagues or other relatives is not allowed.
Permitted Items
- Javed is bidding on an auction from an outside seller, in order to actually buy the item
Unauthorized Items
- Aslam’s friend makes a bid for Aslam’s auction with the aim of getting a higher final price as Aslam does not want to sell the item for a small sum, with the risk of losing
- Saleem places a bid in an auction but does not intend to buy the item
Reason For The Rule
Bid pricing is about manipulating the sale price and may mean that a buyer may pay more for an item than they would have done if the price had not been raised.
