With Trader Payment, your buyer chooses to pay via Visa/Master Card, Bank transfer, Easy paisa, Jazz Cash, UBL Omni or Cash on Delivery. We always deposit your money into your bank account. We handle all payment methods for you and will automatically remind the buyer if the payment is delayed more than 3 days, at no cost to you. We accept fees for receiving payment and you pay nothing extra.

The bank account you want to get your money paid to is registered in payment setting of your vendor dashboard. You can see your current balance in the section of “Withdraw”. Regardless of how the buyer chooses to pay, you will receive the payment to your registered bank account 1-3 business days after your withdraw request is submitted.  You always receive a confirmation email from us when the buyer has paid. The item is also automatically marked as paid in Your Vendor – Order.

When you use Trader’s payment, you will receive the payment deposited by us in your bank account 1-3 business days after the buyer has paid. After a completed ad, the buyer always has the option to pay with Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or Cash on Delivery. Payment is started online and the buyer receives all information in an email from us. You do not need to send any information with payment instructions yourself. The buyer does not need to enter your mobile number, amount or reference for the item. We handle this and it differs from how it works to send money between private individuals.

If, despite both e-mail and telephone calls to the buyer, payment is not received, then order status will be “pending payment” in vendor order tab. You can submit minimum withdraw request and specified amount will be transferred to your bank account as per withdraw threshold. A purchase protection means that you as a buyer can get your money back if something goes wrong in the deal. If, for example, the product does not arrive, is broken or incorrect, you as a buyer can start a dispute with the respective payment intermediaries that can help you further in the case. If you use a payment method without purchase protection, we recommend that you start a dialogue with the seller to find a solution together.

Trader payment – Visa/Master Card
